Well, you could go to Wal Mart or Target and get a hair cutting kit for, like, twenty dollars. They usually come with a razor and some trimmers. You can use this to cut hair yourself. Since it doesn't cost that much, it'll save you money over time.I am a black man wanting to start cutting my own hair and looking for tips.?
